Test Blogging From My New Phone

So I abandoned my BlackBerry today. I wasn't planning on it, but I'm a twitter fiend and I like to add pics to a lot of my tweets. Somewhere in the past few days, the camera on the BB broke. Possibly when I dropped it for the umpteenth time. Or maybe I took a picture of myself, crashed that system completely!

I was a shoo in for the new iPhone. But I dropped by my neighbor's first, to make sure the little one could hang out while I shopped. He mentioned the Samsung Galaxy S II and I had to check it out

I'm glad I did!

Got lots of great advice from the twitterverse and cnet was a great resource. In the end, the consumer reviews were raving. And when I compared all that with the price (about a $400 difference!), well - the Samsung won out.

The one thing I was worried about was the apps...so far, no issue. I even found a Blogger app, and that's what I'm writing this post from.

AwesomeSauce.

14 day return policy, so, we'll see if I feel the same after 2 weeks.

So far? So good. :-)

  1. I can't help myself...I love my Iphone....I found the blogger ap last week...maybe that will inspire me to blog more...but not much to write about these days...

Hope you love the phone...nice that you can take it back if it doesn't work out. How are the ghosts treating you lately? Now that should be a blog story...

  2. Dude, guess what? I took it back and got the iPhone. The Galaxy was amazing, but...everyone here at home has iPhones. It will be nice to use FaceTime with M & R.

I have to say, though, if it was just me, I'd a stuck with the Galaxy. Really, a great phone.

  5. A blog app would be very nice for you. How are you doing with your Galaxy S? I'm actually planning to get that soon. =)
